Previously a city bus maintenance yard, these are considered adaptations to the existing site that can better address the needs of a larger cross-section of the community. A design for a five-tiered plan to creating a program that includes housing, park space, community gardens, a co-operative farmers market, and a bakery to enable outreach and job placement to those at need.
